Licensed guarding, to one standard.

Guarding, reception, patrols, logistics and retail security delivered by locally licensed officers, supervised and reported the same way in every country.

Proposed services, subject to confirmed country coverage and contract.

The challenge

Guarding quality varies from site to site and country to country. Turnover, missed patrols and incomplete reports go unnoticed until an incident happens.

Operational scope

Translate risk into post orders

A site survey examines access points, visitor flows, deliveries, vulnerable areas and emergency arrangements. Post orders specify what officers check, record and escalate during each shift. Staffing is designed around actual operating hours and risks, not a generic headcount.

Supervise the service, not just attendance

Supervisors review patrol completion, access-control decisions and incident handling. Unannounced visits check whether instructions are understood and equipment is usable. Missed duties trigger a documented corrective action, with responsibility and follow-up agreed with the site manager.

Integrate with site operations

Security coordinates with facilities, reception, logistics and emergency contacts. Officers follow the local member’s licensing rules and work within defined authority. The service remains unarmed at launch; emergency services and specialist interventions follow the agreed escalation procedure.

Illustrative scenarios

These scenarios illustrate an approach, not completed client assignments. The scope, resources and objectives are agreed for each project.

A warehouse with overnight deliveries

A warehouse needs to distinguish expected vehicles from unplanned arrivals while protecting loading areas. The service combines gate checks, visitor registration, patrol checkpoints and an exception process for late deliveries. Incident records allow the client to review recurring access problems.

Outputs: gate procedure, patrol plan, shift log and incident review.

A corporate office welcoming visitors

A headquarters wants a welcoming reception without losing control of access. Officers verify invitations, issue temporary credentials and coordinate with hosts. Separate instructions cover deliveries, refused entry and evacuation support, avoiding improvised decisions at the front desk.

Outputs: visitor journey, access rules, escalation contacts and supervision checklist.
